how to use hercules rmx 2 inputs..

good day guys!

i would like to ask for an advices:

1. im using rmx 2, how to use the inputs slots??..
example if i use my smartphone as a drumpads or other function of my phone.
*i have  rca to phonejack 2.5mm converter 

2. i have hercules dj instinct controller, im planning to plug it in my rmx2 (input slot)
it can be posibble???  or any dj contoller as a source..
