hi forum members,
i am using a microsoft surface pro but the hercules mp3 le is not found when connected.
drivers get installed to the point where the controller needs to be connected.
help please?

I would first strongly suggest using a powered USB hub between the controler and the Surface, if only to provide constant power to the device.
Next, be sure to use the latest drivers from the support site (2013.HDJS.2), and strictly follow the installation procedure:
