first off, hello, im new here. i am having problems installing my hercules steel. when i go to my device manager to see if computer is recognizing the steel i get a code 1 not congigured correctly and device cannot start code 10. i am not very good with computers and anyones help would be so helpful right now. thanks for the time!
have you tried installing your console using the latest driver update ?

i have tried what you suggested and i also keep getting,"the software you are installing for this hardware and something about microsoft windows logo and do i want to continue, i continue and the bulk hercules steel drivers installation fails. has anyone else had this problem? i have had no luck installing this thing. please help! thanks!
