first off, hello, im new here. i am having problems installing my hercules steel. when i go to my device manager to see if computer is recognizing the steel i get a code 1 not congigured correctly and device cannot start code 10. i am not very good with computers and anyones help would be so helpful right now. thanks for the time!
Have you tried installing your console using the latest driver update ?

I have tried what you suggested and I also keep getting,"The software you are installing for this hardware and something about Microsoft Windows logo and Do I want to continue, I continue and the bulk hercules steel drivers installation fails. Has anyone else had this problem? I have had no luck installing this thing. Please Help! Thanks!
