i just bought a brand new rmx 2, long story short, i put in the power adapter, the mixer was not even on, and i hear a pop! and its smoking for a second. the power in the rmx 2 blew!
what can i do? please help me if you have any idea, i am so broken right now...nothing like buying a brand new piece and watching it blow.
so horribly sad.

Quite bad and unusual indeed. Not the kind of story you hear everyday.
Since you just bought it, the Rmx2 is obviously still under warranty and should be retunred to the retailler for replacement.
