so i got the rmx the other day and got it hooked up with vdj really easy, and then had it working with traktor (which is what i want to use) and it was all working fine.. then i updated the firmware and it stopped working and ive remapped it with several different tsis and now nothing works with it wont recognise the device.

its getting annoying now anyone got a fix ive been trying to fix it all day just doesnt make any sence.

First, can you confirm that the Rmx is installed and recognized correctly by the computer to start with, as indicated in the following documents:
If everything seesm to be correct, then it's obvious the problem is with Traktor, and this is where you need to be looking.
Any specific reasons you are still using a very old version of Traktor ?
