i cant get any buttons to function after loading the rmx2 mappings for traktor. i followed all the steps for the pdf. it almost seems like its not picking it up as a midi controller. none of the buttons or faders are functioning. the only thing thats working at all on the unit is the headphone volume knob. i tried to test it with midi monitor and i keep getting an error that the midi device is being used by another program, so i dont know what to do now. audio out is working fine, and i made sure that the dj console rmx2 - generic midi is selected under controller manager, however the keyboard is still the active midi controller.
any help is apprciated.
Okay, its not showing up as a MIDI device period, Ive tried everything I can think of: Reinstalling drivers, trying all the different USB ports, and trying different cables. I dont know what to do from here.
Help Please, before I have to return this.
