ciao a tutti!
lanno scorso ho comprato una rmx2...purtroppo difettosa! mentre la utilizzo si blocca, non risponde più ai comandi e non risulta nemmemo collegata al pc! morale della favola: va spedita allassistenza!!
volevo sapere se è capitato a qualcuno di voi e come avete risolto.

Please confirm if, prior to sending back your DJ controller to the technical support for exchange, you have called/emailed Hercules technical support to identifiy your issue: over 80% of the returns of computer music instruments in the music industry are not defective instruments, so in 80% of the returns, there is no defectiveness, but just an issue of computer setting.
