This is indeed possible.

The function you need to use is called Tempo Rage Selector, which you'll find under Add > Deck Common.

Once you've assigned your keyboard key (let's say 1 for tis example), set the following parameters accordingly:

Type of controller: Button
Interaction mode : Direct

Set to value: Select here the temporange % value you wish to use for that key.

Repeat for all other keyboard key you want to assign.

Please consult the Traktor user manual, chapter 13.23 - Controller Manager to get a better understanding of how to proceed to modify the mapping of your keyboard or MIDI Controller.

I did and tried but all decks arent adjusting only one deck at once or maybe two but is it possible two adjust them all at once I mean for example I press 1 and all decks are assigned to 8% etc ?:)

Yes, this function only seem to be assigned to individual deck.

The function that appears in the Préférence menu (Transport > Tempo > Set tempo Range to) does not look to be available as a mappable function. There might be a way to emulate it using modifiers and such, but it might start to get complicated.
