Hi I'm also experiencing issues with my EQ knobs on my 500.

For example, filter, and LOW

I am seeing mis alignment for some of my EQ knobs at the 12 o'clock position in all software.

Using midimonitor I can see the left hand positions read as 0, and the right hand positions read at 127, the middle positions read 21.

Are you able to send me instructions to recalibrate please?
