Can someone help me please my headphone jacks are not working. I've bought new headphones and neither jack is working. I'm using the impulse 500, with Serato Pro

Hello, Ktillman87,
Welcome to the forum.
To prelisten 1 deck in the headphones, please confirm you have
1) set the headphones Cue->Master knob on Cue,
2) selected the deck you want to preview with the headphones select push button on top of the volume fader,
3) moved up the volume fader of the deck you want to hear (1 or 2), and played on the deck.
