I connected the DJControl Inpulse 500 and it is not working properly. When I connect it to the DJUced, only the jogwheel and modes work. The beatmatch guide light also comes on. I believe the computer is correctly identifying the controller as it appears named in the devices

1) Pouvez vous préciser votre version de Djuced?
2) Si vous allez dans les réglages Djuced > Mapping pouvez vous vous assurer
a) que le mapping de DJControl Inpulse 500 par défaut est chargé ?
Sélectionnez le mapping "Hercules Inpulse 500 - Hercules Inpulse 500 Default Mapping", cliquez sur Load pour le charger.
b) que le contrôleur est activé (case Active: assurez vous que Yes est cliqué)

I've already made sure that everything is activated including the map, my djuced version is version 6.1.1 build d4003f1bb
In djuced, I can turn the jogwheel and press the modes, but nothing happens when I press the other buttons!
Also, I forgot to mention but when I connect the controller to the USB, only the lights for the modes, jogwheel (1&2 lights) and beatmatch guide light up. I don't know if this would be correct, but I'm just saying this to complement
Just to add, I also tested it on Virtual DJ. When I connected the controller to it, I was able to go to an area where I can test the buttons on the controller board. Even though the map is there, when I click on the button, it doesn't appear on Virtual DJ, as if they really weren't working. Only the jog wheel and modes top buttons are working perfectly!

Thanks for the feed back.
Please try the following process
a) MIDI test
- close the DJ app,
- open chrome browser
- go at the page https://www.midimonitor.com/
- test if the controls you see as non working in DJ apps send any MIDI command in Midi Monitor
b) Control panel test
- Open Hercules DJ control panel
- Go at the About tab
- Check if, when moving on the controller the controls which are not detected in the DJ software, the MIDI plug icon on bottom left becomes green.
- Check if, when clicking on the light bulb icon on bottom left, all LEDs light on on the DJ controller.
If either test A (MIDI Monitor) or test B (control panel) do not work
- try the same tests on another computer,
- make sure the USB connector seems OK on the PC and on the USB cable
and if something does not work also on the 2nd computer, while the USB connectors are OK, I think you should contact Hercules technical support as your DJControl Inpulse 500 unit has probably a hardware issue (possibly an inner connector is disconnected).
