I purchased the console in question a few months ago, but I have never used it.
I decided to follow the online course offered by DJuced and, connecting it to headphones and/or a mixer, I noticed a very annoying background hiss. This hiss is synchronized with the lighting of the console LEDs and increases as the volumes increase.
I replaced all the audio cables, the USB cable and even tried powering the PC with a UPS to rule out any power problems: nothing has changed.
Any suggestions?
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to the forum.
When you meet a technical problem on a computer peripheral, whether the computer peripheral is a DJ controller, a printer, a hard disk or a camera, most technical issues are related to the computer. So if you do not describe the computer with technical details, you reduce the possibility to get a solution matching your computer.
Your computer probably sends a noise in the USB bus power, so the solution is to add a USB hub powered by a power adapter between your computer USB port and your USB audio device.
