Connectivity issues

Hi

 

Brand new controller less than 3 months old. Hardley used yet.

I'm having connectivity issues. When powering on the controller the lights flash briefly before flickering a few times then switch off.

I'm using serato and during powering on the controller shows no sign of connectivity.

The controller is connected to pre amped speakers and I can hear the feedback briefly when i switch the controller on and off.

All cables are standard supplied showing no signs of damage.

Would welcome any suggestions?

Please write some basic technical pieces of info as summarized in the message

  • computer operating system,
  • version of Hercules DJ drivers,
  • version of Serato DJ used on your computer.

If you use Serato DJ Pro, make sure you have activated the Serato DJ Pro upgrade on this computer since DJC Inpulse T7 does not unlock Serato DJ Pro, it is supported in Serato DJ Lite and needs you to upgrade to Serato DJ Pro (and activate the upgrade on the computer) to use Serato DJ Pro at the end of the trial period.

I am having the same issues, controllor only got it in December. Have tried 2 different computers and still nothing When using DJUCED there is no issues. Both systems are windows 11 and i am using Serato Pro. Had been talking to support via email, but haven't heard back in over a week from them. Your request (1084214)

SukkerDJ had asked the most important question but you do not provide an answer to this question:

Have you activated Serato DJ Pro on your computer?
