Inpulse T7 XLR output not working

I was using listening to music at my desk via internet browser using my Inpulse T7 as an audio interface for my Yamaha HS7 monitors. All of a sudden, I was hit with loud popping noises from my speakers so I powered off the T7 and started it up again. The popping continued for a while but when it settled only one speaker was producing sound. Checked that the power and XLR were properly attached and they were so I swapped the XLRs at the output on the T7 was able to determine that it was output on the left side which was failing. 

What should I do? Will I need to send my controller back to Hercules?
