The left side of my controller won’t play any sound. I can only press the cue button but the play button won’t start or play at all. The right side of the controller is working perfectly fine though.

To get an efficient help, please consider getting technical information (the complete information on the computer, software and driver, what you have tested, whether you have tried on another computer...)

To understand the situation, however, I’m missing some information about the Windows setup—what exactly is being used and where? Which sound driver?
