Hercules DJ 4Set recently bricked

Hello Hercules Support and Community,

My Hercules DJ 4Set recently bricked during a firmware update process. The controller is completely unresponsive and the official updater tool cannot find it (all options are greyed out with dashes).

When I check Windows Device Manager, the hardware is stuck in fallback mode and identifies as:
USB\VID_0451&PID_3200 (Texas Instruments TUSB3200 Boot Loader).

Because the internal 24LC64 I2C EEPROM configuration is corrupted, I have removed the chip from its 2.54mm onboard socket and have a CH341A hardware programmer ready to re-flash it.

The binary firmware files inside the official updater package are RAM/microcode execution streams and cannot be written directly to the EEPROM via the CH341A programmer.

Could an administrator or community member please share a valid, raw 8,192-byte (8KB) hardware EEPROM dump (.bin file) for the Hercules DJ 4Set?

Thank you very much for your time and help!

Hello Peter,

I have answered in the private messaging area.

Once you have reprogrammed the eeprom, please let us know whether it works or not.

Cheers
