I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY DJ Console MK4
THE COMPUTER DOES NOT RECOGNIZE IT OR IT DOES NOT TURN ON OR DO ANYTHING I WOULD LIKE TO TRY RECOVERING THE EPRROM I WOULD APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE CAN GIVE ME THE .BIN AND THE LATEST FIRMWARE TO UPDATE THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR TIME

Have you access to a PC with Windows 7 or 8.0 to test the DJConsole Mk4?
If the firmware is old but not broken, then the DJConsole MK4 can be detected on these computers and if it is properly detected, you may update the firmware on such computer in adding a USB hub powered by a power adapter between the computer and the DJ controller.
If you have no computer with these old operating system, then you cannot reprogram the firmware via the USB and you need to open the controller to remove the eeprom and program it on an eeprom burner.

I tried it on a computer with Windows 7 and the console does not recognize me.
