So i got this Hercules Starlight and been playing around with it. But some Buttons Just do nothing. The volume one doesnt Work, i load in a track and move the one in the Side where a track is loaded but it doesnt increase or decrease the Volume at all. Also my Crossfader isnt working. I have read some fixes for this but its still Not working. It is NOT disabled in my settings before you Tell me that.
Is Just half my Controller broken or am i Just Missing Something?

What is your software (name and version)? What is your operating system?
Where are your speakers connected?
Where do you hear the sound you refer to to say the crossfader is not working?
Are you aware that in Djing
- the sound in the master output (speakers) depends on the crossfader position,
- the sound in the preview output (headphones) is unrelated to the crossfader position (headphones play PFL sound, Pre-fader Listening)?
As nobody is spying you, guessing what you refer to as " I have read some fixes for this but its still Not working" is not possible.
If you can describe what you do/see/hear, I am convinced the forum is capable to help you.
