Hello! I am trying to use my impulse 500 with Serato DJ pro and the crossfader is horrible almost unuseable. When trying to mix both songs are extremely quiet when the crossfader is in the center but when you push to the crossfader to one side the volume is noticeably louder making all transitions noticeable almost making the crossfader useless. I know Serato had an update giving this board some ability to adjust in settings however it still is unuseable. Could there be a way to adjust the crossfader similar to how it is in DJuced software with the adjustable graph?

Hello DJHKR,

Since Serato DJ Pro 3.1.4 released on June 4th, you can gradually set the crossfader curve for Hercules DJControl Inpulse 500.

André,

This area is a user forum, it is not an area where you chat with anybody in real time: other users may answer you later, after reading your message, if your message includes a detailed technical description (description of the DJ controller environment and f the technical issue, if any).
If your DJ controller is DJControl Inpulse  and your crossfader is disabled in Djuced and Serato, then you should look at the position of the 3-position switch located between the 2 volume faders:
- on left, the crossfader curve is slow (= mix)
- on the middle, the crossfader curve is fast (= scratch)
- on right, the crossfader curve is off (crossfader disabled).

So if the crossfader curve is set on off, move the crossfader curve switch to left if you want to mix, or to the middle if you want to scratch.
