Djuced and Serato are always free for my new hercules?
Do I have to do anything special or can I just download the software and use it without any special registrations or additions?

Welcome to the community area.
Yes, Djuced and Serato DJ Lite are unlocked when they detect DJControl Inpulse 200 MK2 connected to computer the USB port, you simply have to download and install both applications (and, if your operating system is Windows, in installing Hercules DJ drivers from Hercules support website).
You need no additional registration.
If you want to use Serato DJ Pro, it is a paid upgrade not included with the DJ controller so you must register on Serato website and activate the serato DJ Pro licence.
