Hi everyone,
Since updating to DJUCED 6.6.2, I've been experiencing a serious issue with beatgrids being overwritten on every track load.
Here's what happens: whenever I load a track onto a deck, DJUCED automatically re-analyzes it and replaces my previously corrected beatgrid with a new (incorrect) one. The software then immediately auto-saves this wrong data — I can see the track name with "saved" displayed at the bottom of the interface. So every manual correction I had done is permanently overwritten.
This is happening across my entire library (1800 tracks). All my beatgrids were carefully set on the previous version of DJUCED and were correct. After the 6.6.2 update, every single load triggers a re-analysis that produces wrong results, forcing me to manually redo everything from scratch — which is obviously not feasible at this scale.
To be clear:
- This did NOT happen before 6.6.2
- The re-analysis is automatic and cannot be prevented
- The wrong beatgrid is saved instantly, with no way to stop it
- The issue affects all track formats in my library
My setup: MacBook Pro M3 Pro, macOS, Hercules Inpulse 500 + Inpulse 300 MK2.
Is anyone else experiencing this? And is there any workaround short of downgrading to the previous version?
Thanks
