I'm experiencing a related but different issue also introduced by the 6.6.2 update, so I think it's worth mentioning here since it seems like this update broke several things around the beatgrid system.
In my case, every time I load a track onto a deck, DJUCED automatically re-analyzes it and overwrites my previously corrected beatgrid with a new incorrect one. The software then immediately auto-saves this wrong data — I can see the track name with "saved" at the bottom of the interface. There is no way to prevent this from happening.
This affects my entire library of 1800 tracks, all of which had carefully set beatgrids before the update. I have now downgraded to 6.4.1 to stop the beatgrids from being destroyed, but this introduced another problem: all my hot cues have disappeared.
So between your issue with the bar numbers disappearing on the waveform and mine with beatgrids being overwritten on every load, it really looks like 6.6.2 introduced multiple regressions on the beatgrid and waveform system at the same time.
Hoping this gets fixed soon — years of library work are at stake for a lot of us.

Hi, I have the same problem; the grid is shifted and the hot cues are misaligned. I think it might be a generic issue with the new BitGrid features.
I changed some settings, don't remember what but I have the bar numbers again...
