[Feature Request] Option to Enable "Quantize" by Default in General Settings

• Controller: Hercules DJControl Inpulse 200 MK3 / Any Setup

Feature Summary

Add a setting in DJUCED preferences to keep Quantize enabled by default when starting the application or loading new tracks, eliminating the need to manually toggle it on every session.

Current Behavior vs. Desired Behavior

• Current Behavior: Quantize often defaults to off or requires manual activation each time DJUCED is launched, leading to unexpected off-beat triggers if forgotten.

• Desired Behavior: A toggle option under Settings > General / Audio (e.g., "Enable Quantize on Startup" or "Keep Quantize Active"), ensuring that Quantize is automatically engaged as soon as the software starts.

Use Cases & Value

1. Consistent Performance Setup: Many DJs rely on Quantize for tight timing on Hot Cues, loops, and jumps. Having it active by default prevents accidental mistimed triggers when starting a session.
