ive been having problems with virtual dj 5.2 and rmx console. when i play 1st deck and use the crossfader to play 2nd deck no sond comes through the speakers.
configuration: inputs: none
output: external mixer
soundcard: 4-out controller
driver: hercules dj console
outputs left deck chan 1& 2/right deck: chan 3 & 4
ive updated all the software as i have snow leopard for macbook pro. 10.6.6
im just going off memory here but isnt it out but 1 &2 supposed to be on the same channel and 3&4 left out for other sources.

ive plugged my speakers through into the external mixer in channel 1?

i am now gettting sound out of my left speakers and not my right, but when i cross fade the music is changing to each deck. i plugged my headphones in channel 4 of the rmx console and the right deck is playing in my headphones but not the right speaker? both speakers are fine when i play the cd separate and our correctly wired up.
