Why I can’t hear deck 1 or 2 into the headphone but only 1?

This can happen from lots of "issue" or misconfiguration, or usage.

As on any technical forum, the technical help you may receive depends on the technical information you provide.
1) What is your DJ software: Djuced, Serato DJ Lite, Serato DJ Pro or another DJ software?
2) Please precise the meaning of "Why I can’t hear deck 1 or 2 into the headphone but only 1?"
Do you mean that, after you select deck 2 on DJControl Inpulse 500 headphones key (on top of deck 2 volume fader), you cannot hear the track playing on deck 2 (in headphones connected to the front of DJ controller), or do you mean something else?
Are you sure the Cue-Master rotary knob is set on Cue?
