Need help with crossfader with my inpulse 500

Hi!, my inpulse 500 crossfader it's not working, a few months ago happen but ir Fox Aline. But now... No response at all from left side. Right side works flawlessly, left side leds working... Play perfect, but no sound and no light on the number Deck. Help please
