[Feature Request] Add 24-Hour (12h/24h) Format Option for Interface Clock

Feature Summary

Add a setting in DJUCED preferences to toggle the top bar system clock between 12-hour (AM/PM) and 24-hour (HH:mm) display formats, or automatically mirror the host operating system's time format preferences.

Current Behavior vs. Desired Behavior

• Current Behavior: The top bar clock displays in 12-hour format (e.g., 10:30 PM), which can be non-standard or harder to read at a glance for users accustomed to 24-hour time.

• Desired Behavior: A toggle under Settings > General / Display allowing users to choose between 12-hour and 24-hour time formats (or inherit the OS time format settings directly).

Use Cases & Value

1. Regional & Personal Preference: The 24-hour format is the primary time standard in many countries and is widely preferred in live event and broadcast environments to avoid any ambiguity (e.g., distinguishing 22:00 from 10:00).

2. Improved Set Time Tracking: Helps DJs track venue schedules, set times, and curfews quickly and clearly during night gigs without needing to look away from DJUCED.
