When I connect the device, it gets stuck on the black startup screen, just as other users here have described. When I put it into boot mode, it also remains stuck without performing the firmware update, and it is not detected by the Hercules Stream Control software.
I have already tried the S200 Firmware Loader, but it did not work. I have also followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps, including disconnecting the device, uninstalling and reinstalling the software, restarting the computer, and reconnecting everything, but the problem still persists.
I tested it with the program, but it's still in beta, so I can't adjust the settings the way I thought I could. However, I do know that Windows has a major issue with a driver; it only shows up in a few games so far and hasn't been confirmed by Microsoft yet. We'll have to wait and see—I know it's supposed to be a system driver, but I can't tell you any more details just yet.
