Hello,
somebody gave me a dj control air device in order to verify the good working.
i installed it on two different pc windows 10 and i never observed the lights of the console.
I installed the 2023_hdjs_2.exe driver and in the device manager i saw the "hercules dj contol air" peripheral but with the state : driver error.
i tried it on different usb ports or with a powered usb hub but with the same results...
Each time i restart the pc the first thing that appears in the device manager is : Unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed) code 43...i have to unplug and plug again the usb cable in order to observe the "hercules dj contol air" in the device manager.
Does it mean that the console is out of service or are they some manipulations that i could execute to verify the good working?

Hello,
Previously in the control panel i had a DJherculesmix.....line; but it was not active and was impossible to open. I also had an notification icon of Hercules dj tray agent which was marked by a red cross...
As perhaps it was a matter of driver, i tried with the 2013.hdjs.2 version of the driver and during the installation i desactived wifi, antivirus and firewall. But with the same results.
the console is detected in the peripherals multimédia but with an error driver status.
in the device manager i had a peripheral usb composite which is in error (error code :10). But this time in the control panel i had a Hercules dj series control panel line which could be opened.
